We're passionate about living well, building intentionally, and growing sustainability.

Palmera is a real estate and hospitality studio building intimate, regenerative communities for people who value nature, connection, and intentional living.

Our mission

Palmera exists to prove that real estate can be regenerative for land, for people, for community, and that capital can participate in that shift.

Palmera is a design-led real estate and hospitality company building small, private member communities and experience-driven projects in destinations where people genuinely want to live, not just visit. The focus is simple: create places where life feels more alive, more connected, and more grounded.

Conventional development is often extractive, pulling value from land and community until neither has much left to give. Palmera exists as a response. Every project asks a different question: how can this land, and the way people live on it, become more whole over time.

‍Palmera designs spaces that are safe, nurturing, and deeply attuned to their surroundings. Architecture, interiors, landscape, programming, and capital strategy are all oriented toward human and ecological wellbeingnot just aesthetics or yield. The result is a quiet kind of hospitality and living: places that feel held, thoughtful, and intentionally small.

Rooted in California but building globally, Palmera focuses on destinations with strong communities, rich natural context, and people who value nature, design, and each other. Alongside developing and operating its own projects, Palmera advises and places capital into aligned real estate opportunities for partners who want exposure to regenerative, experience-led assets but may not operate them directly.

‍At its core, Palmera is about connectionconnection to self, to others, to land, and to the way capital is put to work.

Our Values

Palmera believes community does not happen by accident; it must be intentionally designed and held.

Connection to Self, Others, and Nature

The spirit of Palmera is about helping people feel more connected to themselves, to each other, and to the land they’re on. Nature is not an amenity; it is central to how people live, move, and relate in each project.

Small, Intentional, and Human

Palmera values staying small enoughat the project and community levelr thngs to remain human, relational, and real.Scarcity is not the point; intentionality is. Growth is pursued as a network of meaningful places, not as a race for volume.

Integrity in Capital and Stewardship

Palmera treats capital as another form of energy that should be aligned with regeneration, not just extraction.Investments are structured to support long-term health of place and community, not only short-term gains.
