Palmera exists to prove that real estate can be regenerative for land, for people, for community, and that capital can participate in that shift.
Palmera is a design-led real estate company building residences, and experience-driven projects in destinations where people genuinely want to live, not just visit. The focus is simple: create places where life feels more alive, more connected, and more grounded.
Conventional development is often extractive, pulling value from land and community until neither has much left to give. Palmera exists as a response. Every project asks a different question: how can this land, and the way people live on it, become more whole over time.
Palmera designs spaces that are safe, nurturing, and deeply attuned to their surroundings. Architecture, interiors, landscape, programming, and capital strategy are all oriented toward human and ecological well-being, not just aesthetics or yield. The result is a quiet kind of hospitality and living: places that feel held, thoughtful, and intentionally small.
Rooted in California but building globally, Palmera focuses on destinations with strong communities, rich natural context, and people who value nature, design, and each other. Alongside developing and operating its own projects, Palmera advises and places capital into aligned real estate opportunities for partners who want exposure to regenerative, experience-led assets but may not operate them directly.
At its core, Palmera is about connection to self, to others, to land, and to the way capital is put to work.
