We build intentionally, design for how people actually feel, and grow sustainably.

We apply spatial psychology and sensory design to create homes, hospitality spaces, and commercial properties that support everyday life.

Our mission

Palmera exists to serve the global shift toward wellness-forward living, creating and backing real estate that supports health and quality of life in the places people live, stay, and spend their time.

Architecture, interiors, landscape, and capital strategy are all oriented toward human and ecological wellbeing, not just aesthetics or yield. Conventional development pulls value from land and community until neither has much left to give. Palmera exists as a response. Beyond our own projects, we advise partners and place capital into aligned opportunities for those seeking design-led assets with real environmental and community upside.

Our Values

Palmera is grounded in the science of spatial psychology: we design spaces using evidence‑based principles so the built environment supports regulation, wellbeing, and everyday function.

Spaces That Support The Nervous System

Palmera draws from spatial psychology, neuroarchitecture, and healing environment research to design spaces that lower stress and make daily life easier on the body and brain.

Small, Intentional, and Human

We stay small enough that projects remain relational and real. Scarcity is not the point. Intentionality is. Growth means a network of meaningful places, not a race for volume.

Integrity in Capital and Stewardship

Capital is treated as a form of energy. Ours is aligned with regeneration, not extraction.
